Good morning Gym Bros! IT'S FRIDAY! Finally the weekend is upon us, make sure to take advantage of it as much as you can to do something that makes you happy. Self-love is very important. Here's what we prepared for your today:

Attitude is key, for anything you wish to achieve. Make sure that your mindset is positive and nothing will be out of your reach!

Now take a quick 6 minutes of your day to give this video a listen. Starting your day right is very important, don't neglect it. Listen to this video to have the best start possible and make sure you have a great day!

Workout of the Week

Ultimate Chest Builder

This week we treat you with a custom made chest workout that brought a member on our team at GymBronline incredible results. Do these 5 exercises for your chest workout and you’ll feel the burn!

Note: in order to perform the workout in the best way possible, you’ll want to take approximately 3 to 5 minutes of resting time between each section.

Section one

  • 10 reps of Dumbbell Bench Press

  • 15 push-up

  • 1 minute rest

Repeat 4 times

Section two

  • 15 lower cable flys

  • 1 minute rest

Repeat 3 times

Section three

  • Incline dumbbell chest flys until failure

  • 1 minute rest

  • Incline dumbbell bench press until failure

  • 1 minute rest

Repeat 2 times

Now Let's get to Work!

Front Dumbbell Raises

The front dumbbell raises are one of the easiest exercises to do if you are a beginner, and a very reliable one at the same time. With this one, it is really important to keep a straight back. Swinging your back during this exercise will hurt the lower part of it so be sure to lift lighter with the good form.

Garudasana or Eagle Pose

The eagle pose will really make you work on your balance, with all the twisting your arms and legs will need to do in order to complete the pose. Today’s pose is really a fun one that will train your elbows and knees flexibility.

Workout song of the day: JUGGERNAUT By Tyler The Creator, Lil Uzi Vert and Pharrell Williams

This one is a bit eccentric thus quite enjoyable. As we all know, Tyler the Creator is known to think outside the box, and so should you! This is how you’ll grow, how you’ll outgrow everybody else. All in all, this song is a great metaphor between your growth and the eccentricity of the beat.
