Workout of the Week
Rock Hard Abs
Do you want that 6 pack you’ve always dreamed of? Sure you’ll have to lose some fat for it to show, but strengthening your abdominal muscles is gonna help too, so follow this quick workout
Section 1
1 min of bicycle crunches
1 min rest
25 sit-ups
2 min rest
Repeat 2 times
Section 2
8 hanging leg lifts
2 min rest
1 min hollow hold
2 min rest
Repeat 3 times
Section 3
Plank until failure
Just one set
That’s it Gym-Bros! Enjoy this workout and remember, abs may take a long time to develop so don’t worry if you don’t see results instantly.

Dumbbell Preacher Curls
The Dumbbell Preacher Curls is the best isolation exercise to train your biceps. Make sure you don’t move your elbows during your sets and be careful; don’t egolift because there’s high chances of bad injuries on the line, there always is but particularly with this one.

Take the time you need to upgrade your physique, your mentality, etc. Sacrifice the present to shine in the future. The work you’ll put in now will give you the basics to a better you, to the best version of yourself.

This classic from JAY-Z and Kanye West is the best hype up song out there. It’s not for nothing that we call Kanye the greatest, it’s for songs like this. Blast this one in your ears on your way to the gym and kill that workout!
