Really makes you think right ? Remember this quote next time you blame something or someone other than yourself for your failures. 

Now take a quick 5 minutes of your day to give this video a listen. Sometimes life gets in the way, believe us we know. Sometimes there really is nothing you could have done to stop it, but the important is to always keep going, no matter what. Are you gonna let life pin you down or are you gonna show it what you're made of ?

Workout of the Week

Ultimate Chest Builder 

This week we treat you with a custom made chest workout that brought a member on our team at GymBronline incredible results. Do these 5 exercises for your chest workout and you’ll feel the burn!

Note: in order to perform the workout in the best way possible, you’ll want to take approximately 3 to 5 minutes of resting time between each section. 

Section one

  • 10 reps of Dumbbell Bench Press

  • 15 push-up

  • 1 minute rest

Repeat 4 times

Section two

  • 15 lower cable flys

  • 1 minute rest

Repeat 3 times

Section three

  • Incline dumbbell chest flys until failure

  • 1 minute rest

  • Incline dumbbell bench press until failure

  • 1 minute rest

Repeat 2 times

Now Let's get to Work!

Swings 

The swings, much like the thrusters, are a good cardio exercise while training most of your leg muscles simultaneously. With this one, the heavier you lift, the more you are going to increase your heart rate. Disclaimer: lift a weight comfortable for you, or else you might hurt your back performing this exercise.

Virasana or Hero Pose 

Quite similar to the Vajrasana pose, the hero pose will stretch your quads, but because you aren’t resting your glutes on your feet but on the ground in the middle of your feet, the hero pose will stretch your outer quads more specifically. Try it out!

Workout song of the day: Poles by Quin Nfn, NLE Choppa 

As we proved to you yesterday, this hard beat is perfect for the gym. The delivery of the punch lines in this one will make your head bop for sure. The feat gives this one versatility in style so make sure to listen to it till the end to get the full drive of it.
