Workout of the Week

Workout for Bigger Shoulders

It is said that shoulders are one of the most attractive muscles when well built. Plus, these muscles are pretty simple to work out, just take a look at the following workout and you’ll see! Have fun with this one Gymbros.

Warm up

Stretch your shoulders by doing circles to prevent injuries

Section 1

  • 10 reps of lateral raises

  • 10 reps of front raises

  • 10 reps of seated rear delt raises

Repeat 3 times

Section 2

  • 10 reps of rear delt flies

Repeat 2 times

Section 3

  • 6 reps of dumbbell shoulder presses

Repeat 3 times

That’s it! A full shoulder workout in just 3 different sections!

Now Let's get to Work!

Monkey Rows

The monkey rows, with their funky name, is one of the best exercises to do for your shoulders. They look like shrugs, but raise the dumbbells under your armpits to perform this one.
