Skull Crushers

If you're looking to kill your triceps, the skull crushers are your go-to exercise. If you don't have a barbell or EZ-bar at home, you can use dumbbells. Be careful when doing this exercise, you don't want to drop the weights on your head, that's not why they're called skull crushers.

Tree Pose

The Tree Pose is a great yoga pose for those looking to improve their balance, concentration and focus. In addition to other calming effects, this pose is known for improving mental and physical balance. Give it a try after your next workout!
