Cross-Body Hammer Curls
This exercise is a must if you want to train your biceps as well as your forearms. This versatility is what’s good about this exercise. Don’t be afraid to lift heavy on this one, but remember, ego lifting is not the path you want to follow! As shown in the image, you can lift the dumbbell in front of your chest or just curl it in a straight range of motion. Have fun trying this one out!
Tadasana - Mountain Pose
If you're looking to improve your posture and balance, the Mountain Pose will be your new best friend. In addition, it is known to improve the harmony between the left and right side of your body, as well as improving your concentration and your mental capacities. Taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body, so give this yoga pose a try.
