One of the greatest sport heroes in American culture and perhaps the best baseball player in the world tells us that you simply can't beat someone who doesn't stop trying. Babe Ruth is 100% right, don't give up and you'll be unstoppable!

Curl and Press

The curl and press exercise is a great compound exercise to target your shoulders and biceps. This gives your biceps a full contraction and extension of the bicep as well as engaging your shoulders in the process. All in all, this exercise acts as a pull and a push exercise all at once.

The Accomplished Pose

This pose is both relaxing mentally and physically. By placing yourself in the position shown in the picture, you’ll be able to properly stretch your hips muscles. To feel the mental relief, keep straight arms and back and breathe through deep breaths in order to calm you down and clear your head.
