"Invest in your dreams. Grind now. Shine later"- Unknown

Investing in yourself is the best kind of investing you can ever make. Put in the work now and enjoy the rewards later.

Now take a quick 4 minutes of your day to give this video a listen. Life is short, you can't afford to let any opportunities pass. Take advantage of every minute and push yourself to reach your goals now, rather than tomorrow.

Workout of the Week

Crab Claw Triceps

The name says it all. If you want the crispy claw tricep you see everywhere on the internet, you should do this particular triceps focused workout. Triceps are very important because they make your arms look huge if you grow them. With only 4 exercises that target your triceps, you’ll be able to train them in an efficient way.

Note: in order to perform the workout in the best way possible, you’ll want to take approximately 3 to 5 minutes of resting time between each section.

Section one

  • 10 reps of rope tricep extensions

  • 15 reps of bench dips

  • 2 minutes rest

Repeat 4 times

Section two

  • 15 reps of straight arm bar pulldowns

  • 1 minute rest

Repeat 3 times

Section three

  • 15 reps of triceps kick-downs

  • 1 minute rest

Repeat 4 times

Now Let's get to Work!

Romanian Deadlifts

Shoutout to all the Romanians out there reading our newsletter, you are the kings of today’s edition. The Romanian deadlifts are a must to workout your glutes and strengthen your spine. If you have access to a lifting belt, we highly recommend you use one to prevent injuries. For this variation of the deadlift, bend your knees and keep a straight back and do the motion of your regular deadlift, have fun!

Utkatasana or Chair Pose

The chair pose is a well known exercise in the gym, but it can also be used as a yoga pose if you modify it a bit. To use it as a yoga pose, don’t put your back against a wall, keep it straight with your arms pointing as far as you can in order to deeply stretch your shoulders. Try to maintain a 90 degrees angle with your knees. This one is a good pose to practice your balance and your posture.

Workout song of the day: Freaks - Radio Edit by Timmy Trumpet and Savage

Boy oh boy this one is hard. We hit our hardest PR’s on this song so it’s a must that we bring this one to you today. The trumpet (yes it’s Timmy Trumpet again) gives it a special sound you’ll rarely find in others. All in all, we highly recommend you listen to it, so blast it!
