If you're not happy doing this work, then don't. Being happy is what matters, so don't waste your time being unhappy

Now take a quick 5 minutes of your day to give this video a listen. I bet you can already guess what we're about to say: You cannot waste time. Money, knowledge, strength, all these ressources you can get back somehow, but not time. Once it's spent, it's gone for good.

Workout of the Week

Bodyweight Calisthenics Workout

If you usually are a powerlifter or lift weights for aesthetics, we think you could use some variety in your workouts with some calisthenics exercises. Using your bodyweight to perform exercises gives you many benefits such as improving your brain-body connection, improving your posture and many more. This is a very quick exercise session to see if you are interested in this kind of workout, try it out, you might love it!  

Warm Up

  • 2 x 1 minute plank (more or less depending on your abs strength)

Section one

  • 15 reps of plank to push up

  • 1 min rest

  • 10 reps of lying leg lift

  • 1 min rest

Repeat 3 times

Section two

  • 5 to 15 reps of pull up

  • 2 minute rest

  • 1 to 3 minutes of chair pose

Repeat 3 times

Now Let's get to Work!

Back Extension

The back extension, like shown in the picture, doesn’t need much equipment and that’s what makes it so damn good! You only need the machine, which every gym we've been to had, and your own body, which you also have when you go to the gym ;) In order to get all of the benefits of this back exercise, you must keep a straight back to prevent lower back pain.  

Supta baddha konasana or Recliner bound angle Pose

For today’s edition, no weird stretch, just pure calm to begin or end your day. You’ll find peace in this pose, the peace you need at the end of a hard day of grind or at the beginning of one. Do this pose to take some time for yourself, in peace with your mind and your body.  

Workout song of the day: Locked out of Heaven (Hardstyle) - Sped Up by BAKI, ZYZZ, GYM HARDSTYLE

Today is hardstyle day! It’s always good to listen to a hardstyle version of a great song, especially when you are at the gym. With this song, you might be locked out of heaven, but in your mind, it’s the haters that you should always keep locked out.
