If one of the smartest minds of our time said it, then it must be true, right ? Damn right it's true, there's always gonna be an opportunity if you look hard enough.

Now take a quick 5 minutes of your day to give this video a listen. You can't give up, you just can't. Like we said above, there's always gonna be an opportunity lying there, you just have to keep fighting and find it.

Workout of the Week

Boulder Shoulders

We welcome you back this week with another great workout for a muscle that’ll make you look HUGE. In fact, the shoulders are the portion of your body that will bring your whole physique upwards. The front, middle and rear delts are simultaneously making the front, side and back of your physique look jacked. It is very important to train these muscles in the proper way to obtain good results. Here’s our 5 exercise shoulder workout for you guys:  

Warm Up

  • Stretch your shoulders by doing a dead hang on the pull up bar for a minute

Section one

  • 6 to 8 reps of Arnold Press

  • 2 mins rest

  • 10 to 12 reps of seated bent over lateral raises

  • 2 mins rest

Repeat 4 times

Section two

  • 6 to 10 reps of barbell military press

  • 1 min rest

  • 10 reps of armpit rows

  • 2 mins rest

Repeat 3 times

Section three

  • 6 to 8 reps of rear delt machine

  • 1 min rest

Repeat 4 times

Now Let's get to Work!

Hanging Knee Raise

Promise made, promise fulfilled. If you remember, a few days ago we told you guys that we would give you an easier variant of the leg raises, well here it is! The knee raises are a good way to strengthen your core and your abdominal muscles so you shouldn’t skip it. It’s quick and easy to do so why not? 

Pavanamuktasana or Wind Relieving Pose

Besides looking like an unborn baby, this pose is very, VERY beneficial for your lower back. Do you have lower back pain? Don’t worry, this pose got you covered! It’s easy, it doesn’t need equipment, it just needs you to commit…  

Workout song of the day: Rhyming & Stealin by Beastie Boys

The Beastie Boys are a must. We remember back in the day we had a CD from them and this song was the one that we would blast the loudest on the album. It gets in your head and trust us, you want it to stay in your head! It’s hard, it’s good, it’s a perfect gym song. Don’t wait, go stream it.
