Ain't that right! Lewis Carroll, writer of 1865's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, knew what was up. The past should stay in the past, no reason to be the same person you were yesterday. Concentrate on who you wan't to be tomorrow!

Farmers Walk

We know what you are thinking… This one is too easy! But it’s a great warmup or full on exercise to add to your leg day, and it’s not as easy as you think! To perform this one grab the heaviest dumbbells you can lift and just walk. Try to adjust your walk to activate your quads, calves or any other leg muscles you are trying to workout in the best way.

Matsyasana or The Fish Pose

This one is a no brainer if you suffer from neck problems. The fish pose will stretch your neck, but also strengthen your spine and relax your chest. To perform this one, you want to keep straight legs, arch your back as much as you can and rest on the top of your head. If you feel any pain in your neck, stop this exercise immediately.
