Don't let your lack of courage slow you down, chase your dreams no matter what. Giving up is for the weak, and you're not weak!

Now take a quick 4 minutes of your day to give this video a listen. Discipline is key to success. If you can't discipline yourself, you'll never make it. It's not too late to change that!

Workout of the Week

Ultimate Chest Builder

This week we treat you with a custom made chest workout that brought a member on our team at GymBronline incredible results. Do these 5 exercises for your chest workout and you’ll feel the burn!

Note: in order to perform the workout in the best way possible, you’ll want to take approximately 3 to 5 minutes of resting time between each section.

Section one

  • 10 reps of Dumbbell Bench Press

  • 15 push-up

  • 1 minute rest

Repeat 4 times

Section two

  • 15 lower cable flys

  • 1 minute rest

Repeat 3 times

Section three

  • Incline dumbbell chest flys until failure

  • 1 minute rest

  • Incline dumbbell bench press until failure

  • 1 minute rest

Repeat 2 times

Now Let's get to Work!

Dumbbell Upright Row

The upright rows are a must because of how many different ways you can do them. You can do them with dumbbells (like in the picture), with an EZ-Bar, barbell, weight machine, you name it! The upright rows are especially important because they single handedly target the Brachialis, a muscle often looked over by many people, but this muscle helps you to grow thick arms. 

Ushtrasana or The Camel Pose

If you can’t bend your back like the woman in the picture, we get it, we can’t either! You can adjust the pose by bending backward until you feel your core and back stretch, but stop before you feel any pain, that’s your limit!

Workout song of the day: Neverland by KSHMR, 7 Skies

In this one, it’s really the whistle that gets you in the zone. We’d consider this one best as a pre-workout song to make you want to destroy the workout you are about to do. If you want, we recommend listening to this one only for the whistle in the beginning but you are free to listen to it entirely.
