Michele Ruiz, entrepreneur, journalist, author, public speaker and much more, gave us this great quote that we should all live by. You should never let people around you bring you down, and if they do, prove them wrong and they'll regret it instantly!

Now take a quick 3 minutes of your day to give this video a listen. Excuses won't bring you anywhere, all they do is slow you down, you can't let them control your life constantly. Stop finding excuses and abolish the competition!

Now Let's get to Work!

Goblet Squat 

The goblet squat is a great variant of the regular squat. It gives you the opportunity to add weight to your squats without using the overcrowded squat rack of your gym! To help you keep a good range of motion, we recommend placing a 10 or 25 pounds plate under your heels. This will ease your reps by giving you an increased stability and help with your form. Have fun doing these!

Paschimottanasana or Prince Pose  

The prince pose is a classic that you may already be familiar with. It stretches your back as well as your hamstrings when performed correctly. To feel the pros of this exercise, you’ll have to keep your legs flat on the ground and try to reach your toes with your fingers. If you feel pain, do not stretch further but keep yourself in a state of slight discomfort.

Already Rich by frxzen is the perfect song for those who need that little push to do just one more rep each time. This beat motivates you to go further in your training and is great as a pre-workout!
