Good morning Gym Bros! Half way through the week, let's do this! We got beautiful things for you guys today so make sure you read till the very end. Here's the agenda:

    Having a goal, an objective, a reason to live, that's the best part of life. The hope that someday your wildest dreams will be reality is worth living for.

    Now take a quick 5 minutes of your day to give this video a listen. Speaking of dreams, if you want them to become a reality, you have to go after them. They won't come to you, you have to make the journey.

    Workout of the Week

    Arm Day Workout

    What's good my kings and queens? Ready for a sweat? Either way, this arm workout is ready for you! We know the arm muscles are an important muscle for most of you so we'll give you a workout to really grow those biceps and triceps! It goes like this:

    Section one

    • 10 reps of alternating hammer curls

    • 1 min rest

    • 15 reps of bench dips

    • 1 min rest

    • 10 push ups

    • 3 mins rest

    Repeat 3 times

    Section two

    • 8 reps of preacher curls

    • 2 mins rest

    • 10 barbell tricep extensions

    • 1 min rest

    Repeat 3 times

    Section three

    • 10 reps of biceps cable curls

    • 1 min rest

    • 10 reps of tricep rope pulldowns

    • 2 mins rest

    Repeat 4 times

    Now Let's get to Work!

    Chin-Ups

    The chin-ups look a lot like a pull-up. You’ll want to place your hands differently, like in the picture. It's great because the motion of those chin-ups gives you the opportunity to work on your lats, your wings, with your own bodyweight. If you struggle with lifting your weight, strap a band or use a machine if your gym has one to lower the weight.

      Always try to learn something new. It can be a new skill, a new language, or a new hobby. Learning something new helps to keep your mind active and engaged. It’s by always being open to learning new things that you’ll outgrow yourself and become who you’re destined to become.

      Workout song of the day: War by Pop Smoke and Lil Tjay

      The King Pop Smoke is on the plate today. He says it best: “If I want it, I’ma have it”. When you listen to this, you should feel inspired to take what’s destined for you, whatever it is. You’ll have to work for it though, we never said it was going to be easy, but it’s an obligation for you to try, or else don't wish for it.
