Workout of the Week

Workout for Bigger Shoulders

It is said that shoulders are one of the most attractive muscles when well built. Plus, these muscles are pretty simple to work out, just take a look at the following workout and you’ll see! Have fun with this one Gymbros.

Warm up

Stretch your shoulders by doing circles to prevent injuries

Section 1

  • 10 reps of lateral raises

  • 10 reps of front raises

  • 10 reps of seated rear delt raises

Repeat 3 times

Section 2

  • 10 reps of rear delt flies

Repeat 2 times

Section 3

  • 6 reps of dumbbell shoulder presses

Repeat 3 times

That’s it! A full shoulder workout in just 3 different sections!

Now Let's get to Work!

Inverted Rows

This quite unique exercise is one of the greatest back exercises out there. This well kept secret is easy to perform, you just need a barbell and a squat rack. While working on your pecs like the bench press would, the inverted rows are a killer for your lats, due to the gravity involved.
