Good morning Gym Bros! Can you believe it's already been a week since our first newsletter released ? We are as always very happy to have you guys around, and today we have a special surprise for you all:

Socrates, everyone's favorite Greek Philosopher, blesses us with some more wisdom. You shouldn't set a limit to your sources of knowledge, the more you learn the smarter you are!

Now take a quick 5 minutes of your day to give this video a listen. Time is definitely one, if not the most valuable ressource out there, you can't afford to waste it! No more "it can wait ti'll tomorrow"s or "I'll do it later"s, DO IT NOW!

Workout of the Week

Ultimate Chest Builder 

This week we treat you with a custom made chest workout that brought a member on our team at GymBronline incredible results. Do these 5 exercises for your chest workout and you’ll feel the burn!

Note: in order to perform the workout in the best way possible, you’ll want to take approximately 3 to 5 minutes of resting time between each section. 

Section one

  • 10 reps of Dumbbell Bench Press

  • 15 push-up

  • 1 minute rest

Repeat 4 times

Section two

  • 15 lower cable flys

  • 1 minute rest

Repeat 3 times

Section three

  • Incline dumbbell chest flys until failure

  • 1 minute rest

  • Incline dumbbell bench press until failure

  • 1 minute rest

Repeat 2 times

Now Let's get to Work!

Thrusters

The thrusters are a fabulous versatile exercise. If you decide to lift light, they are a perfect cardio exercise but if you decide to lift heavy, this is a good full body exercise to build muscle. If you want a cardio workout, focus on high reps with little weight. Otherwise, if you want to gain mass, lift heavy with less reps.

Gomukhasana or Cow Face Pose

This posture might seem overwhelming at first but the tension release you’ll get from this exercise is unbelievable. If you aren’t flexible enough to cross your legs like in the picture, it is a great stretching exercise to do the arms only, both sides of course.

Workout song of the day: Take A Step Back by Ski Mask The Slump God, XXXTENTACION

A bit of gym frustration won’t hurt today. This straight up rage song will make you want to double the weights on all of your lifts. This one will get your ass up today. Blast this one in your car on your way to the gym or during any of your sets and you’ll feel powerful
