Workout of the Week

Workout for Bigger Shoulders

It is said that shoulders are one of the most attractive muscles when well built. Plus, these muscles are pretty simple to work out, just take a look at the following workout and you’ll see! Have fun with this one Gymbros.

Warm up

  • Stretch your shoulders by doing circles to prevent injuries

Section 1

  • 10 reps of lateral raises

  • 10 reps of front raises

  • 10 reps of seated rear delt raises

Repeat 3 times

Section 2

  • 10 reps of rear delt raises

Repeat 2 times

Section 3

  • 6 reps of dumbbell shoulder presses

Repeat 3 times

That’s it! A full shoulder workout in just 3 different sections!

Now Let's get to Work!

Inclined Push Up

The incline push ups are one of the best chest exercises to perform between heavier sets on your push or chest day. Easy to perform, those push ups target your chest in a perfect way to pass the time between sets, try them out!

Daily Self Growth Tip:

Keep A Journal:

Keep a journal to reflect on your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It can just be a small 5 minutes at the end of your day, but keeping track of what you’ve been through during the day will give you the opportunity to reflect on your actions, feelings, etc and you’ll grow from it.

Workout song of the day: Romantic Homicide by d4vd

Yeah… This one isn’t for hitting PRs or for that drive you need to hit that extra rep, it’s to calm you, to make you think of what’s behind you, of what’s ahead. This song is a vibe, it brings out the real emotions, listen to it wherever you are, whenever you need.
