Workout of the Week

Workout for Bigger Shoulders

It is said that shoulders are one of the most attractive muscles when well built. Plus, these muscles are pretty simple to work out, just take a look at the following workout and you’ll see! Have fun with this one Gymbros.

Warm up

Stretch your shoulders by doing circles to prevent injuries

Section 1

  • 10 reps of lateral raises

  • 10 reps of front raises

  • 10 reps of seated rear delt raises

Repeat 3 times

Section 2

  • 10 reps of rear delt flies

Repeat 2 times

Section 3

  • 6 reps of dumbbell shoulder presses

Repeat 3 times

That’s it! A full shoulder workout in just 3 different sections!

Now Let's get to Work!

Goblet Squat

The goblet squats are the best exercise to do if you’re trying to hit legs but none of the squat racks are available. Just grab a heavy dumbbell and perform the squat like shown in the picture. Note: increase your stability by placing a small plate under your heels

Daily Self Growth Tip:

Embrace Vulnerability:

Embrace vulnerability by being honest with yourself and others about your feelings, fears, and insecurities. You aren’t perfect, you’ll never be, so own your vulnerabilities, work around them. You can fix them, but you’ll never fix them all, you’ve gotta keep this in mind.

Workout song of the day: Bag Secure by Duece Uno

This song is a good reminder that you should work until the bag is secured, for you, for your family, for your legacy. With that said, this song screams gym vibes with it’s fast beat and fire lyrics, so go and listen to it!
