"Today is your opportunity to build the tomorrow you want."- Ken Poirot
Today's the day you change your life for the better. Don't wait for tomorrow, do it now!
Now take a quick 5 minutes of your day to give this video a listen. You're in control, no one else. You can never have enough discipline, so work on it even more.
Workout of the Week
Cardio For The Lungs
Some of you don’t do cardio, we know it. There’s a popularized statement in the weightlifting community that cardio is bad for your gains. We're not here to discuss if it is true or not, we're here to say that even if it is bad for your gains, cardio is crucial to your overall health. Cardio will give you the strength to live your life at your best, while looking big with all of your gains!
Warm-up
Hop on the treadmill and warmup by walking at regular speed for around 2-3 minutes
Section one
Increase the speed until you reach a good jogging speed
Continue for 5 minutes
Section two
Increase the speed to make it harder
Continue for 2 minutes
Section three
Reduce your speed to the one you had in Section One
Continue for 5 minutes
Repeat for the number of times you are capable of. If you are only beginning your cardio journey, it is normal for you to have a harder time, take it easy and focus on progressing through your sessions.
Cooldown
Decrease the speed to the one you had in the warmup and walk it until you have better control on your breath.
Now Let's get to Work!
Behind The Neck Press
Those reps will define who you really are. When the burn is gonna kick in, some of you will want to bail out, that’s the moment when you need to keep pushing. The behind the Neck Press is going to test your limits like no other exercise, if you do it right.
Daily Self Growth Tip:
Keep A Positive Attitude:
Keep a positive attitude and focus on the good in every situation. We know, life ain’t fair. It would be easy to look at the negative in every situation. There’s always a negative, but negative energy won’t get you anywhere. Learn from the bumps on the path and keep your head up.
Workout song of the day: Ultimate by Denzel Curry
Everybody has heard this song. The fast pace will make your head bang like no other song. Work on yourself, work for 2,3,5 years, as long as it takes and become the ULTIMATE version of yourself. Don’t neglect your future, make it better. You just gotta get started, because if you don’t, nothing’s gonna change.

If you wanna win, you don't have to be smartest.
You don't even have to be the best a lot of the time.
You just have to be that guy that never fucking stops.
No matter what you throw in his way, he'll get through it.
That's who you need to be.
