Everyone's life has meaning, you just have to find yours. 

Hey, no pain no gain right ? You have to go through some sort of pain in order to learn. That's just how life works!

Workout of the Week

Chest Destroyer 

Welcome back for another great week of hard work! This week, we’re back with another chest workout to shred those muscles and grow them bigger than ever.

Section one

  • 12 reps of incline bench press or incline dumbbell bench press

  • 2 min rest

Repeat 3 times

Section two

  • 10 reps of chest fly machine

  • 2 min rest

  • 12 reps of front raises

  • 3 min rest

Repeat 2 times

Section three

  • 10 push-ups or any variation of it

  • 1 min rest

Repeat 4 times

Section 4

  • Lower cable fly until failure

  • Lower cable fly until failure (half the weight from the last rep)

  • Lower cable fly until failure (half the weight from the last rep)

Just one set

That’s it for this week! This one should absolutely demolish your chest, so if you’re looking for a new chest workout, this bad boy is for you…

Dumbbell Pullovers

The dumbbell pullovers are a top tier upper body exercise, especially for your chest. As you can see in the picture, the pullovers target your triceps, your obliques and your chest so don’t skip on it! Plus, you only need a dumbbell, just one!

Take Breaks:

Take breaks to rest and recharge your mind and body. This doesn’t mean to cut off work completely, it means that you should take time to rest your brain on occasion so you can come back better than ever afterwards. If you don’t rest, you’ll be less productive and much more ineffective in your work!

    Our Hispanic community is gonna be happy today! So will be the hardstyle enjoyers! This song is an insane beat to get you up. The mix of the Mariachi guitar and the hardstyle sounds is what’s so good about this song! So come on! Get to work and vibe to this song!
