Your daily dose of motivation!

"A winner is a dreamer who never gives up."- Nelson Mandel

Everyone has dreams, but only those who are willing to work for them reach them. Think about that next time you feel like giving up.

Now take a quick 5 minutes of your day to give this video a listen. If people are scared of you, we honestly think that's a win for you. Make them fear how strong you are, make them fear the person you've become. Show them the monster within.

Workout of the Week

Quick But Effective Glute Workout

Yup, this week you’ll have to train your glutes. Your gymbros will thank us when you’ll get that muscly cake you’ve been working on with this workout. This workout is shorter so it’s easier to incorporate in your routine! As you know, it is important to balance your muscle mass between your upper and lower body, if you don’t, you’ll look weird, and that, you don’t want! To maximize your physique, do yourself a favour and execute this workout at least once!

Warm Up

  • Climb 200 stairs on the stair machine of your local gym.

Section one

  • 10 to 12 reps of cable kickbacks

  • 1 min rest

  • 10 reps of bodyweight squats

Repeat 3 times

Section two

  • 10 reps of hip thrusts with a barbell or a machine

  • 2 mins rest

  • 8 to 12 reps of bodyweight lunges

  • 3 mins rest

  • 6 Bulgarian split squats

Repeat 4 times

Now Let's get to Work!

Barbell Front Raise

A classic, but a must. The front raises are exactly what you need in your shoulder workout. If you want to stabilize your back and prevent injuries, you may also perform this exercise sitting on a bench with your back against it.

Ardha Chandrasana or Crescent Moon Pose

This pose is perfect to show you how little you actually master your body balance. From a personal experience, you’ll be surprised at how hard this pose will be to perform correctly. Anyone can use a bit of extra balance!

Workout song of the day: Fight Tonight by United States Marine Corps

The US Marines are an example that all of us should follow. They push their body and their mind to their absolute limit. You should aim for this mindset everyday in order to become the best version of yourself, a Marine without even being a Marine. Imagine how dangerous you would be then…
