Your daily dose of motivation!
"Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions."- Dalai Lama XIV
If that's not a quote to live by, then we don't know what is. The Dalai Lama XIV is completely right: you will never be happy unless you do something about it. Get to work!
Now take a quick 6 minutes of your day to give this video a listen. Ready to be motivated? No? Well that's too bad, cause you're going to! No more messing around being lazy and unfocused, that was the old you. New you is gonna be an absolute menace and we can't wait to meet them!
Workout of the Week
Ultimate Chest Builder
This week we treat you with a custom made chest workout that brought a member on our team at GymBronline incredible results. Do these 5 exercises for your chest workout and you’ll feel the burn!
Note: in order to perform the workout in the best way possible, you’ll want to take approximately 3 to 5 minutes of resting time between each section.
Section one
10 reps of Dumbbell Bench Press
15 push-up
1 minute rest
Repeat 4 times
Section two
15 lower cable flys
1 minute rest
Repeat 3 times
Section three
Incline dumbbell chest flys until failure
1 minute rest
Incline dumbbell bench press until failure
1 minute rest
Repeat 2 times
Now Let's get to Work!
One-Arm Inclined Dumbbell Bench
Transform the regular incline dumbbell bench into a one-arm incline dumbbell bench to work on your core strength as well as training your shoulder. The unbalance this exercise produces will force your abs and obliques to activate to balance the weight. We recommend you to lift lighter on this exercise when you first begin to give your core a chance to adapt to the imbalance.
Padmasana or Lotus Pose
Quite similar to the accomplished pose (See January 26th edition), the Lotus is a bit harder to perform, but you ought to try it out. Just like the accomplished pose, this one gives you the opportunity to clear your mind and stretch. The lotus pose mainly stretches your quads with the tension this position brings you.
Workout song of the day: The Jungle by Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Bassjackers
This electro beat is different to everything we proposed to you in the past weeks but the beat build up and drop are on a whole new level. This one personally gives us all of the raw strength we need to push us over our own physical limits in order to workout harder than ever.

Feeling angry, hit the gym.
Feeling irritated, Take a cold shower.
Feeling anxious, Take deep breaths.
Feeling uninspired, Reflect on your past victories.
Feeling lost, Remember why you started.
